Returns and Exchanges: At C.belly™ belts, our return and exchange policy is simple. If you are not happy, we are not happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for a complete refund within 30 days of receiving the purchase, less shipping charges. If the return is due to our error, shipping fees will be credited. A confirmation email will be sent once your return is processed. Please email us at contact@cbellybelts.com and let us know you are returning or exchanging an item. Following receipt of your email you will be notified of the specific address to return the item(s). The item(s) you are returning should be placed in the original package with a copy of your invoice. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned package. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in shipping so it is best for you to send your package via a carrier that offers tracking (UPS, FedEx, or USPS delivery confirmation). Again, we will send you a confirmation email once your return is processed. Standard Shipping and Handling: All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We normally ship all items within 2-4 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS or USPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your zone. In most cases, it averages 2-3 business days. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, and out of stock items may take longer. All orders will receive an email confirmation to indicate that the item has been shipped. Please use the chart below to estimate the standard shipping charges for your order. Shipping and handling rates*: 1-2 C.belly™ belts for kids: $3.00 USPS ground shipping; $5.00 USPS Priority 3-4 C.belly™ belts for kids: $4.00 USPS ground shipping; $6.00 USPS Priority 5 or more C.belly™ belts for kids: $5.00 USPS ground shipping; $7.00 USPS Priority * Add $2.00 for all international shipments. C.belly™ belts is not responsible for and will not issue any refunds for delays on the part of UPS or any other carrier. C.belly™ belts is not responsible for any items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser. If a delivery of a package is refused, rejected or returned for delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges. Payment Options: We accept Discover, Mastercard and Visa. All payments are processed securely through Paypal. You do not have to be a member of Paypal to make a payment through them. Security: C.belly™ belts does not store your credit card information on our servers. The personal information you submit is stored on the secured servers of Paypal. No unauthorized parties will be able to access this information. We do not accept orders by email because information transmitted via email may not be secure. |
